Loved the chance to text the hotel from anywhere. We received updates via text message that our room is ready for arrival, checking on things throughout the entire stay, and they even followed up after we arrived home to make sure our stay was great!
Even with the challenges of social distancing whenever we needed or wanted anything all you had to do was text your request to the concierge and within minutes they delivered.
Booking was easy and it was a very nice touch that you get a text message confirmation with the GPS address so you can just copy and paste. You can also just text back to that number if you need anything during your stay.
